Network Support Engineer

RM Education Solutions India Private Limited (RMESI) is a subsidiary of UK-based RMPlc, focused on education, outstanding educational products and service.
Responsibilities
- Support Windows networks of various versions that includes Windows 2008 to Windows 2012 and Windows XP to Windows 10 at the client side.
- Troubleshoot network infrastructure issues of VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix, Backup Exec, Veeam, and Windows related of any priorities including emergency recovery of the network.
- Provide Multi-site, Multi-Domain support within Windows platforms
- Utilizing different Network Monitoring tools, monitor the network infrastructures and take appropriate actions to rectify issues and stabilize networks
- Maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange email solution.
- Support and troubleshoot issues related to wireless networks (Meru with Radius). Also, monitor the performance of the wireless networks and stabilize the wireless systems.
- Real-time experience in troubleshooting and configuring cisco switches and routers

- Remotely implemented VM Ware host Upgrades to latest versions.
- Installing and configuring Symantec Bakup Exce server along with external backups.
